Well, it's a start.

In my day it was us youth who got the kick in the bum from the copper. Must be a moral there somewhere.

Damn straight mate!!!

I recall getting strip searched in the rain in St Albans just because the coppers did not like me. Even put my smokes out in the rain the ******.
I recall so much it would blow your damn mind!!!!!!

I recall getting done for a something i wont be specific.
I had the sergeant and a D (back in the days) Now there called investigator i think.. Anyway i had them both take me out the back of St Albans police station and beat the **** out of me while handcuffed.
Quite an ass clenching moment i gotta say. 2 pretty serious guys in reality and i was young.
I was up for some serious charges though and some may say what they did was correct. I personally dont.
I had 2 mates with me who also got charged and bashed. Both gave us up and talked so they offered them a deal to put me in because i did not talk and make me the ring man.
Got serious actually. Family on family sort of stuff.. Great fun.

Charges were dropped and thats the reality.
Ironically one of the others went to jail for other stuff hahahahha. One that said dont talk but was a rat went to jail for something else. Hilarious.

No charges against the cops ofcourse. No talk about the 3 hrs of "tapes off" time. Getting bashed outside, having me head put against lockers then the coppers kicking footies at me and the lockers.
None of the punches and smacks in the back of the head while seated head against lockers. Nothing about the various threats made against me and my family.

Sounds a lot like my first 6 months in the RAN. You learn to fight fairly quick. Let go of the past, mate, or you'll never have a happy future.

You got caught, copped a flogging and walked away without getting charged even though you AND the cops knew you were as guilty as sin.
Count yourself lucky I would say.

They've got a lot of new techniques now. One I recall from my younger days was questioning you with a phone book. Don't leave bruises like a fist or a boot, and were especially effective when used from behind, when you couldn't see it coming!
