The anti OHSA people will love that one.
The Box is on the trailer arseabout, so they came up with a practical solution.
Cleaver lads. Great Fork Lift driving. What if a hose blew in the middle of all that?
You can do stuff like that is a country where life is cheap and Compo is unheard-of.
    Cheers, Billy.

On any of our forklifts (around 600 of them) If a hose bursts, the load won't drop - they all have burst protection on them. Not saying these forks have though.

Possibly but not likely, if such features cost money.
Then there are the other Questions: What, apart from gravity and an oily steel on steel connection, is holding the smaller fork on the tines of the bigger fork? Do they do this every day or is it a one off because the container is arse-about. Why does the whole office seem to be watching on with accompanying video? If there is a loading dock, wouldn't it be safer to shove the trailer up to the dock and pull it back again when loaded?

Even the most gung ho Boss I ever had would have kicked me from here to Christmas for doing that.
    Cheers, Billy.
