I dont mind 4x4 monthly, but its anti LR, although I find it an entertaining read. The rest are crap, you pay the same for half the pages and get the same articles just shorter.

Actually I buy them for the "badverts" and that has already been paid for.

I am sick of reading dull (and no offence bird) lines like "it breathes cool air via a snorkle".

They should all go out and get a proper job.

But maybe 4wd Magazines are a sheltered workshop for failed Journalists

True or false :?:

The simple fact is that all magazines must give good rightup to the brands that support them the most. Simple facts. That is the law in the Magazine world.

Look at the adds first then decide. Mostly Japanease then they will not like Landies and Vicea versa

Most of the mags are only good if you are mid 40's have a brand new toyo or pootrol and want to buy lots of brand name acessories that will look good while taking the kids to school or at the shopping center .I used to buy all that i could, now i dont bother.

hey DB....what have you read so far and what did you think of them....?

i like 4wd monthly as it has a bit of everything in it.....

and the land rover mags which are specific to land rovers obviously have
relevant articles......and the tech sections will be of more relevance.....
