I am glad I live in a state of bliss and ignorance. No slavish devotion to social or commercial media. In fact with crazy Kim and the Donald playing up , I could be back in the Cold War era were we we so all so nice and polite to each other and these sort of things never happened. Hmm mods v rockets , razor gangs ?

We're not doing very well down here, granted, but talk about "casting the first stone"...

Qld has serious form in the drug culture wars. Far better to fight from a united front, IMV.
They're not running riot, the cops are on the case and a lot of them have moved over the border into NSW.

Was running around North Qld a few weeks ago- sweating is an understatement. Nice very local group said g'day and asked me to sit with them for a bit Friendly mob.

Saw a old guy fall over and about 20 people trying to help here this week in Mexico. So much horrible waffle sells news papers or advertisements to web rubbish. The nice stuff doesn't get reported much if at all. Too boring apparently

OK, ND, whatever. The point is, and should be obvious, this is NOT a State thing. Some here seem to think that it is.

Talk about anger, I won't get into the mexicans versus canadians talk that is going on in this Thread but this story takes the cake for me, happened last week in Newcastle and the bloke should go to jail as he could have killed the other bloke..........read this....

Axe attack in the suburbs | Newcastle Herald

I was just saying to Mrs Aus last week about the amount of anger, particularly in young males that is prevalent nowadays. I work as a part time bus driver doing service work and last week another driver told me of an incident involving a teenage boy and his scooter. The boy got on the bus and was causing disruption, so the driver ordered him off the bus. Without going into all the details of the incident the upshot was the boy got off the bus and swung his scooter at the windscreen several times smashing the bus windscreen. Now this kid has anger management problems and if he is not known to the police now I fear his life will that of a loser, causing future problems for the police.

There was recent video on the news about 3 - 4 thugs went to a man's house with iron bars etc and started bashing the man, broke his bones, split his head open in a viscous attack and left him traumatised and what did these thugs get? a suspended sentence, what justice is there?
