I never shout it. No T shirts, hardly ever mention it. But if someone starts talking fake milk or soy killing off sperm or other nonsense I am not shy. Likewise I don't mind throwing in my 2 cents if people talk about cows milk as 'natural' and cheese from a lactating cow as natural versus nut milks and nut cheeses etx...

So...why eat nut cheese when the 'real ' cheese is available. Think about that...nuts versus lactation from another species...mmmmVegan......

    YUMM .

My understanding from when I was in the NSW Dept of Ag was that one of the major manufacturers of Soy milk used imported hydrolyzed soy protein

    Regards Philip A

Which is why I use Kikkoman soy sauce, because it is actually brewed and not "hydrolyzed".

Ok last one for me. And remember I'm just kidding, I don't care if you are a vegetarian, a vegan or a vampire, each to their own.

Plants Can Hear Themselves Being Eaten, And They Don’t Like It
Well I do care a little if you are a vampire, stop looking at my neck!
