Wasabi is great you philistines Oddly when on a visit to Japan I found it very mild there. Fresh is totally unlike the the store brought packaged or powered.

My best mate in Perth swears I am eating the bait when I feed my feel with a little soy, wasabi and the freshest sashimi possible. I think he cried when I did it to crayfish Extra Trivia A little fresh wasabi, soy with ginger and spring onions and olive oil makes my venison tartare disappear even by kids who agree about the raw fish bait theory.
