They need to get rid of this year's stock before ordering for 2024.
If you hadn't been swanning around Cooma last Easter, they wouldn't have been stuck with excess stock.

Give 'em a break Ron, it is only about 4 months to Easter & these things take time you know, besides at Easter, the Mince Pie brigade will get their own back.
Not Stirling it wont though, a pair of mischievous scrotes buggerising around after school burnt the place to the ground playing with Propane gas cans which apparently go like Rockets if not in a controlled appliance
This has caused some super bad inconvenience to the community although Foodland & ALDI probably won't complain & may request this happen next year & the year after & the year after ad finitum.

Other Business Owners affected : a decent Pharmacy, Butcher, Restaurant plus a Mall. Right at Xmas time as well. Oh yeah. Woolies Supermarket.

Replacement/rebuilding costs somewhere between $125 ---- 135 Million at last report.

I wonder if their parents will have to foot the bill?

In the supermarket earlier today and they now have kids wading pools on display. It is still winter here. Use of one by kids would see social services paying a visit
