I thought the health department had been given the boot cause they were too slow, that’s what the army were being put in charge of the vaccine rollout

i dont think thats the point. i think the point should be the hold the correct people accountable for not ordering them.

i;m not too sure of the army's involvement, but they are a flexible labour force that can be used if the medical force is at 100% capacity.
