Nothing he said changes the fact that people have died and the vaccines are reducing the risk of hospitalisation and death.

What I think of the patents isn't important. However, what reliable sources of information think of the patents is important.

A search on "Covid patents" brought up a number of hits.

Several dismissed the claims your video makes.

Patently False: The Disinformation Over Coronavirus Patents | Office for Science and Society - McGill University

False claim: Video claims COVID-19 patent has existed for years, hinting to conspiracy | Reuters

Those sources are fairly reliable and they say things like:
False. The patents presented in this video do not prove a conspiracy around COVID-19 (caused by SARS-CoV-2) as they pertain to an older, different strain of coronavirus (SARS-CoV).

It is possible to find sites that appear to support the conspiracy such as:

However a check of this site:

Citizen Free Press - Media Bias/Fact Check

suggests that much of what citizenfreepress says is unreliable.

So it seems that the claims in your video should be dismissed as misinformation.
