Pretty boys? :eek2::no2: Obviously you don't follow the real game, League.

At least you are honest. There are exemptions from the Clarence Valley, to the S.A. border. But not for Coffs Harbour , because of the cases there. Qld's CHO said the border closure was necessary because cases were starting to be found in parts of NSW outside the locked down areas. The virus is really starting to escalate , once the genie is out of the bottle, it can not be put back in. So, Qld has declared the whole of NSW a hot spot, the border is shut for a month. Looks like NSW will be shut down at least until the end of September, qld will review progress in one month.

Take a look as a comparison to all the other smaller businesses etc that contribute en-mass far greater figures and are all shut down.
Or perhaps education, foreign students etc. by the financial logic we should have all of them back long before 4 blokes trying to shove 3 blokes heads up 2 blokes arses. [emoji56]

And here is another take on the border closures , we are shutting out NSW so we can lift restrictions here. Fair enough to me. We all know up here we are only a heartbeat away from lock down ourselves. If we can keep covid out by closing the border, so be it. No apologies. And we begrudge no State locking their borders to keep covid out.
EDIT To those with a genuine interest, and not just stirring the pot, this is probably a better explanation for the border closure.
