Seems like a bit of grandstanding by a premier to me.... So truck drivers are allowed to deliver goods to Adelaide from Melbourne but residents who may have been working in Victoria cannot return home.
SA flooded with residents returning home before Victoria border shuts
Would be interesting to see if it stood up in court, a resident returning home who tests negative and is prepared to self isolate is being prevented from accessing their home for no particularly good reason other than satisfying the premiers requirement to gain popularity by being tough. Right up there with Nursing homes preventing family from seeing their loved ones or even telling them if they are dead....
It would be ironic if the mad rush of people returning home before the deadline brought in a few cases....

WA might get its resolve tested as well, although even they don't stop residents returning home.
