Some people have been saying that we should've gone for elimination the first time around, but if we had done that, because of the quarantine breach we'd still be in the same situation now, or possibly worse because when the breach occurred it wasn't "business as usual", so there was social distancing in place. WA would be very vulnerable to a quarantine breach because they're evidently not social distancing at present.

That was my question too.

My kids think that there must've been people socialising in households in the evenings and they're trying to stop that.

It's the hardest bit of this because I'd usually work late - 11pm to 1.00 am - and then go for a walk before bed.

That's right, he could have been carrying all sorts of disease, not just C-19. Forget the Passports, ALL people entering the country, & having a Red Passport doesn't mean one is clean. I suppose it doesn't change colour if one is crook.[bighmmm]
