I assume there is no hospital in Qld capable of performing this procedure for this child?
I can't see any purpose in the Qld govt's line with this particular incident, unless they're just waiting for the advisors to assess the social media mood before doing a re-assessment.

plenty of doctors do open heart surgery in qld so why gamble on a trip to nsw in the middle of a pandemic ?

So easy to do with a telephoto lens shooting along a street like that.
It compresses the foreground and background making everyone appear closer together.
This has been happening right through the pandemic to garner outrage and clicks on websites.
