Just saw the story on the news and ................ yeah, what a joke.

I assume there is no hospital in Qld capable of performing this procedure for this child?

I can't see any purpose in the Qld govt's line with this particular incident, unless they're just waiting for the advisors to assess the social media mood before doing a re-assessment.

Behavior like this is definitely counter productive to ending the present lockdown and border closures.

Pictures of a few people buying groceries, and channel 9 jump on it.

How about they point the finger at their own mob carrying on as normal:

    Misleading photos IMO.

So easy to do with a telephoto lens shooting along a street like that.
It compresses the foreground and background making everyone appear closer together.

This has been happening right through the pandemic to garner outrage and clicks on websites.

I'm guessing paediatric heart specialists, and Sydney has a couple of major paediatric clinics based in the big hospitals.

A quote from another forum, yesterday, by a Melbourne resident.

Just been to shops for some essentials..
I've never ever had to do laps of the carpark to look for a spot in 20yrs living here...

Its pis**in with rain, pea size hail, windy as **** - I thort there'd be nobody stupid enough to go out in this ****- how wrong I was.. talkin to butcher he hasnt seen it this busy since Xmas... Whole families - The rules currently say 1 per family (or similar)

I hope IM wrong, but looks like everyone has seen the low numbers, and thinks SNAFU.. lets all go out.
