You can try sending an email direct to: customerservice@auspost.com.au

But don’t hold your breath - there is about a 5-6 week delay in investigating lost parcels at present.

Personally, I wouldn't waste my time as the goods would have been well & truly flogged off by now.

    Did you have Parcel Insurance?

Turns out the watches actually cost a total of $20,000, not $12,000.
Also, Australia Post actually spent $60m on incentives for its top 2500 executives.

Thought so. When 'er indoors couldn't find any $3000 ones on their website I suspected they cost a heap more & they did.

Absolutely! As some of you may be aware, I have spent a lot of time working overseas and it has always been my experience that you can tell a lot about a country and its people by how you get treated at the post office!

And though I will have to duck, the most friendly that I have found are in NZ!

I had been endeavouring to learn the expected delay from AP to determine if I need to purchase elsewhere, which I will now do. The package value is minimal and the electronic component contents of no general use so I expect that it hasn't gone astray, just delayed for some reason. However the inability to speak with anyone in AP is annoying.
I've never lost any parcel posted, not even in South Africa during their postal strike a few years ago when my package wasn't seen for nearly 6 months.

My last delivery from Singapore took 9 weeks to be delivered. And my last delivery from the UK took 6 weeks.
