Depending on where you're going, check to see if Ivermectin & Hcq. are available 'OTC'. in that country. Once or thrice a week with zinc will do you no harm, apart from malarial protection. and could guarantee (?). a Healthier Holiday. Mexico Airport has both in vending machines. Funnily enough, that was advice I was offered in a hospital. ER. last week, to use either as prophylaxis ... ! my informant has cultural background in a region that still uses them,,,,
Note, hospital Doctor.. Cardio specialist, .not a tin -hat. nutter in a pub. And not the least bit worried about my possible POS. RAT.
Speaking of a 'fifth'. jab, well, in that ER. the feeling is Fool me twice. . Third "mandate" - and most of the migrant Nurses and Registrars have planned a return home instead.

It may sound a tad defeatist but I worry about that **** as much as Putin's Nuclear Weapons threats these days. We all got to go sometime & sometimes a flash in the pan exit strategy sounds ok by me.

At least I won't need to worry about my hair thinning.

Now if only someone could invent a means of distributing French Letters in the same way?

I don't speak, let alone read French.
