That is a much more honorable reason than having a dirty stick & the parishioners would think that was cool as it happens a lot more than your version. Possibly.

Yes , it has a place eg. when back my younger days we socially distanced unvaccinated patients in Sudan,CAR et al with multiple preventable diseases like dipitheria etc it actually worked to prevent disease along with us in the medical team being vaccinated and using PPE gear that was available at that time so..., My wife worked as a Doctor in Russian TB clinic where the prisioners with the resistant strain tried to spit on you constantly .. and TB has a much higher R value than Covid and amazingly with masking not one staff member got TB
in five years...but then they followed medical proctocols proven over time and also UVC lights for"disinfecting" work areas after staff left ...no bleaches used there

UV Light is a killer+ in the right dosage. Love it once my rooms are clear. I wonder if your wife's colleagues in the TB clinic ever left one of the spitters in the room? Little to no smell and no Toxic air to breath in. Fried prisoners would be a human rights war crime of course

Thanks Sash & it doesn't sound like you are the Rasputin type of my dreams after all. Not a bit of it. Scrub that,or this bunch will get the wrong idea. I have been in favour of UV since about day 4 & good ventilation soon after & wonder why it has taken so long for the"knobs" to consider it.
