Put in by "installers" that don't know what they are doing:mad:
Pretty common in this industry...
Ron,you will have to keep on fighting with them
Have you got the place insulated?

Sorry, made an error. Dunno how I typed $12K - ahh.. Wait. The calculated heat load was 12kW. It should have read $9.5K. It's a Fujitsu ART54L 14.5kW cooling/16kW heating model.
Yes, the house is insulated and we paid extra for thicker insulation on the ducting. We don't have sarking unfortunately.
I dunno, Ron. I thought this thread was all about sarking.:p
Lucky you didn't get the 12Kw unit.:p
They have abviously ballsed something up.If it's a day night system, check the dampers are ok,that is make sure there is only air coming out of the correct registers at the correct time,& there is nothing coming out of the others.
What do the installers say?
The other thing is to get onto Fujitsu customer support & get another opinion from another contractor that is familiar with this type of system, that is one of their other agents.
What sort of area is it trying to cool,in square meters?
Does it cool the bedrooms at night?
this is a thread that sounds like me atm my disco breaks if i look at it than i bought a little tipper truck yesty just went to lift the hoist up and now it dont work
Ron. They might have not gassed it.
They have been back and adjusted it.
Elisabeth dragged me down to Rhodes yesterday to Ikea.
Whilst we were there, she spied some cushions for some chairs. So grabbed a couple for her.
When we got home we opened the pack to find one was split along the sewn seam. I should have let her pick them. :(
It would cost more in fuel to go back to get them replaced than what they cost.
so now tell me ron........do you get upset when these things happen......?
or do you now find it amusing......and have a laugh about it yourself.......
