He said that because the sheets were upside down, the UV protection probably didn't work thus affecting the hailstone resistance.

I think the garage was re-roofed and the panels installed about 5-7 years ago.

I'm not a roofer and have no idea if he is correct.

EDIT: I just did a bit of research and the install instructions from a manufacturer says the UV layer is on one side so they must be installed with the correct side up.
I've bought it new in cut lengths and didn't know that, and it had no stickers.

Wasn't cheap, any chance you can post a pic of the sticker pls Ron?

I could have sworn I'd taken a pic with my phone but it isn't there.

    I've done it again!

    Three times!

I bought two of the Bluetooth audio adaptors mentioned in the electronics area.

They arrived today. One has a faulty plug pack so it has been returned to Amazon.

    What else?

A short while back I bought a pair of cold weather R-Jays motorcycling gloves. I used them last week for the first time and the Velcro stitching failed.

I also bought a pair of R-Jays motorcycling boots. I got off the bike last week and could hear an odd sound as I walked. Yep, the soles were coming off on both boots! The boots have been worn about half a dozen times.

How old were the boots, Ron? Boots seem to last until worn out if worn every day, storing them appears to kill them.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

No idea. I bought them about a year ago at MCAS, the gloves were a more recent purchase.

I watched QI tonight and it was mentioned that there are people who regularly buy items that fail. They are called Harbingers of Failure. I must one of them. My wife pointed at me when it came up.

    Aldi Shoe Storage Cabinet

Bought a "Special Buy" shoe storage cabinet from Aldi. Got it home, assembled per instructions. Only one problem - won't hold size 10 men's shoes...
