    getting easier

I'm feeling the psychological difference now at less than 2 weeks
I am not feeling so lost.
And my body has adjusted to the lower levels of nicotine from the patches. I'm using 24hr 21mg. Yes I was a very heavy smoker which is why it's been so hard to give it away. Just goes to show though it's not impossible. It still takes some willpower and it is true it is hard the first few days but it gets easier. I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I can also see that new bike coming....

I agree, but instead of a bike I got married and had kids and got the same result, plus I don't wear a helmet.
