Nuffink!
Even my job means sitting down for 8 hours and I can't leave to go for a walk at lunch time, etc. If I go to the toilet I have to advise Operations and adjacent signal boxes that I'm leaving my desk.
I walk from the carpark to the desk. If I get off a train, I walk 4 metres at most from the train to the desk.

. Seriously though am trying to start some sort of routine as would like to lose 10odd kilos before my 40th and for general overall fitness. I thought stopping drinking beer during the week would help...nada. Good work you other fella's though,
