    I do regular exercise.

    finger-fitness!!!

    with all this reading and typing, I now have beautiful muscle tone


    Actually, on a slightly more serious note, I'm currently fattening up for when uni starts back up and I go flat out on my bike on the 7km return trip to uni.

    Robert Morley the Very fat English actor, who lived to his 80's when asked about exercise during an interview said "The only exercise I get is as a Pallbearer for my Friends that exercise", Regards Frank.

    I walk to the Fender 20 metres, Drive to work. Walk the 150 metres to my desk and sit. I walk to the lolly shop several times a week(50 metres).
    This year I have started a new excavation at home. I spend a hour each weeknight digging and moving the dirt, rock and clay. Half the weekends is also being spent doing it. Should have this one done by the end of Feb then it's back to the sugar and preservative chemical diet.
