    I did the same thing, I have only just got around to finishing off the inner liners closing up all the gaps !! only a year after fitting them. I also fitted checkerplate to the lower panels ! Came up a treat !

    My rear ones also did not line up very well, and as you tighten up the screws the edges around the doors pull over the edge and go out of shape! (I put nutsets in the pannels and screwed the flares with small hex head stainless bolts)
    I'll attach a pic ! Ive just got to finish off the back checkerplate where it meats the bumper ! and modify the exhaust for a side exit to stop snagging off road.

    Cheers

    Hi Jeremy ;

    Like to see more pics close up , and also of the gap inside the doors to get an idea how I should do mine.

    I just wanted to not stuff it up and I couldnt find anyone that had cut D2 guards at the time... well, except one fella in the US (Greg Davis) that cut for 37's, but that was a bit different to what I wanted and he had extended the wheelbase to do it. The Disco was worth a bit then also.

    I think the first rear arch took a whole afternoon. The other side was a lot quicker.

    The tyres are 285/75-16 MTR's during the cut, and the flex was done with 34x11.5-16 Simex Jungle Trekker II's
