nah, the caravan just like us in the car were just along for the ride. and it was interesting![]()
In those slippery conditions even ABS makes no difference. Even tho it didn't help, the right thing was to apply power as you did. I had it once in an RRC going down a hill with super slippery mud. I just touched the brakes and then had no control at all, sliding straight toward a fence. Just a little power got me enough control to at least give the slide a bit of direction and then I just let it roll until I got to a better part of the track.
Good to see there was no damage - apart from to your pride at being towed out by a 'Cruiser!
