Ended up lending my old D2 to the guys I was going with, as the weather wouldn't have been friendly to their 2WD station wagon! Quite nice having my two Discos out together, before I prepare the D2 for sale.

The D2 is a 2004 3.9 V8 in Java Black. Nice for it's age, but the D4 is quite a step up..... [wink11]

Mate just an ebay special buddy think it was $121.00 free postage actually really easy to install comes with 3 templates.

Good thing us i know uts sealed as i used that much silicone sealer on ever join and made sure air box is sealed

New plates are on order misses didnt see funny side at time no no plate broken hand break & custom pin stripping but thats wattagans for you

Just a few snaps from our just-completed 9,500km trip from Perth to Cape Leveque, Lake Argyle etc. Car was perfect, apart from a stone cracking the windscreen when we were nearly home. With all the dust, I did change the air filter after getting off the dirt though. Speaking of dirt...The car is absolutely filthy, inside and out with red dust.
