Hi Mungus,
Side picture attached. If you could post some pics up of your install that would be great. I need to take off the bashplates to get to the better look at the fixing bolts, and haven't done this yet.
cheers,
Bill

Heres mine Mungus
Can you post some close up of the gaps between the lights & grille? Is your winch flap hinged?
Also noticed your uprights are different to mine...your gussets appear to be continuous? Mine are not.
As I mentioned earlier - if it all lines up - do NOT be tempted to close up the gaps...
It WILL cause damage on corrugations if you do...
(It will also make pulling grills etc difficult)
I hear you Tombie and am fully aware of allowance for movement. The side one was the one I wanted to reduce by a few mm, but I think I will just get as close to what has been shown and fill with Pinchweld seal.
Keep in mind pinchweld + dirt = abrasive compound [emoji6]
Also, the bar will now have been "pin" bolted in place - a final bolt or 2 per side drilled through both mount and bar to lock in position.
If you can't find enough room to drill a complete new hole through both it wont work

Thanks for the pics Rhinosm...hard to tell from the pics but seems like the vertical gap between the underside of the lights and top if bar is more consistent on your fitting... My gap varies from 12mm at the edge of the light to 25mm near the grille. I.e. Top of bar is not parallel to underside of lights.
