VMS 700 4x4 GPS. Comes with a camera but I installed one that fits in the handle, off evilbay for a few bucks.
for people (with a D4) that don't have the LR Nav options and just have the small screen in the dash, what is a good Nav/camera option to replace that screen.
And if you replace that screen how does it integrate with the existing radio/bluetooth.
I don't want to have an extra screen attached to the dashboard or anything like that.
cheers

For the screen I use a clip-on rear vision mirror that has an inbuilt screen. It doesn't auto-dim, but the glass is darker on it anyway.
For the camera I used an eBay one that was supposed to replace one of the number plate lights. I didn't like it in that position so replaced the original light, and modified the camera so it would fit in the factory spot.
Check out this existing thread for a lot more options and photos.
Coming within the next few weeks I will reveal my new system
6.5" Colour screen with Camera, Nav and factory midline integration...
All neatly in the factory position...
Tombie - you're such a tease!![]()
Tombie
Hopefully it will allow Satnav if you already have colour screen & camera.
Looking forward to hearing about it.

Colour screen and camera is a GVIF add on...
This is for lower spec (midline) audio systems with the original little grey screen...
Will be a couple of weeks.
The following needs to be done:
- Screen is not std to Aus market so being imported (if successful will become part of the range)
- Module to interface is in transit
Once here on the bench the setup will be tested and upon successful testing will be wired into the vehicle.
Once that's all done and dusted the costings will be sorted and the upgrade announced!
