    A recent thread has lead me to ask this;

    Does the Nanocom show the fault code (DTC) description or just the number?
    Cheers, Mungus.

    Blackbox have a number of youtube clips showing their products including the Nanocom Evolution.

    See if this takes you there [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlsfoEKzJaI[/ame]
    otherwise search " Nanocom for CAN Bus Vehicles " within youtube.

    I've been very happy with mine. There web portal " Genesis " has a useful tool to compare CCF's from different vehicles based on their VIN which I've found handy when I've made alterations to the vehicle. VIN's are now easy to come by since the deletion of registration labels. Both QLD and VIC allow you to search a vehicles current registration status and as part of that provide a full VIN so when you see a vehicle with the fitted features you may want to upgrade to just note their rego and search on the various sites. Many of the car sales sites both AU and USA provide VIN's with the vehicle description. You can also use these VIN's within Topix to get an as-built configuration.
