I rang ARB direct and this is what they said...

Thanks for all of your replies. Its much appreciated.

I rang ARB direct and they said it is an issue that the front sensors have changed. The official word is that a bullbar for an LR4 MY2016 will be available at the end of March 2016.

They are well aware that it is in demand and due to the increase in phone calls have paid more attention the the development.

After reading brokers post, I decided to ring ARB Head Office today (instead of the local branch) to see how this was travelling.

I was told they will be available at the end of 2016. They have been pushed back because of little demand and other more common makes bringing out recent models that they are working on instead.

I understand supply and demand and all that business, but really; come on ARB, a two year wait for a slight change to an existing bulbar? What a joke!

Was gong to buy one of their twin compressors too, but at this point in time I'm thinking ARB can get stuffed altogether.

Looks like it might be an OL bar for me.
    Cheers, Mungus.

Wasn't the yellow stickers that was the problem. It was all the extra weight I had to load in the arse end just to keep the back wheels on the ground.

But seriously, without any weight added in the rear, nothing could match it for circle work at the local B&S ball.................... Yeehawwwww.

    FERALS

I'll have you know that Kalgoorlie is the cultural centre of the west.
That bar came in very handy for clearing myself a parking spot amongst all the Great Walls, Hyundais and trendy little frog wagons outside the opera house (or maybe that was the knocker shops in Hay Street).

Must admit though that even the standard ARB bar with a couple of decent spotlights and aerials is pulling a few strange looks down here in Tassie at the moment. Have seen a lot of D4's on the road down here, and the only other one I've spotted that looks set up for anything other than the shopping run and for dropping the little angels off at school - had Queensland rego plates.
    Cheers .........

There are quite a few D4's in Launceston but as you say, most aren't set up for the rough stuff. Getting hold of anything for a D4 down here is a nightmare so most of them will stay stock too.
