The drive is the easy bit.Back to winter and work will be the hard bit.Its been 31degc the last 3 days and over 27degc for the 8 days we have been in Exmouth.Rain forecast for the next few days south of here.At least the wildflowers will still look spectacular, it rained all the way up to Carnarvon on the way up.

Well, picked up my baby from Opposite Lock this arvo after she's had the Long range tank, Bull bar and Rear wheel carrier installed. Also had a UHF and Electric brakes done too.
I've received my Sliders and Compressor plate which I'll install myself in the next week or so if I can find some time.
Still waiting on my Wheels from GOE/Gordon (gghaggis here) and my Dual bat system from Tim (Drivesafe here). Hopefully they'll all rock up soon

It's all Opposite Lock gear. Can't remember who their maker/supplier is at this point, but I can let you know later.

I'm not happy with the carrier as I want it to sit the wheel more central to the car so the rear lights can be seen, and not have the little mimic light at the bottom of the unit. So will be looking to see if they make one with a longer arm, and if not, I'll modify it myself.

Pity they are no longer made but you want one more like this:
2014 SDV6 HSE - LLAMS, Tuff Ant Tree Sliders, Tuff Ant 18" rims, Nitto Ridge Grappler tyres 265/65 R18, Custom Lipo4 battery, Custom Drawer storage system https://www.box.com/s/jem0ilac3cner2mexq64

IIRC Opposite Lock do the Outback Accessories and now also the Frontrunner RWC. The Frontrunner one and Rijidij too(?) sit more inboard don't cover the lights:

Outback Accessories (based in WA) make the wheel carrier. Apparently the advantage of it being closer to the side is you can get another one for the other side, either fitted as a wheel carrier or jerry can holder. Not that you particularly need a jerry can holder with the long range tank, I get about 1500km from mine in city traffic.
    Cheers

Yep - I have the Outback Accessories wheel carrier and long range tank on mine too. I replaced the horrible looking square "mimic" tail light that it originally came with as soon as I got it home with a round LED light assembly from LED Industries in Qld - the new light is a much better match with the OEM tail lights.

I looked at the possibility of extending the bottom arm of the wheel carrier and moving the wheel across far enough that I wouldn't need to run the additional tail light, but I found that I prefer the better rear vision that I currently have with the wheel mounted further to the right, so have left it as is.
    Cheers .........
