18" 2.7L TDV6 wheels

I feel like this was deserving of its own thread to save (my) confusion..

Does anyone have a list of suitable 18" wheels for the 2.7L TDV6 (not to be mistaken for the 2.7L SDV6 which seems to have bigger callipers)?

I would assume there are more than just the ugly factory ones and GOE wheels?

There would be too many to list. I just stick to the original Land Rover 18s because they look pretty good anyway, have a good reputation for strength and as Gordon mentioned to me, the beads stick like glue due to a longer internal lip.

Picked up a set on Sunday off Gumtree for $200 so now i have two sets =D

You can also fit 17" rims from the D3, as well as some rims from the BMW x5, though you need special lug nuts for the X5 rims. I recently bought the x5 rims but am yet to get lug nuts or tyres. Heres a photoshopped pic of what it will (probably) look like

    vs original

I changed due to cheaper tyres in the smaller rim size (standard prado sizes) as well as extra sidewall.

Edit: heres a link to the X5 wheels thread

    Cheers

I definitely want 18" but I also want full gloss black.. going to pair it up with a set of KO2's..

I kept forgetting I don't have the same limitations most d4 owners have so I will have to start some shopping!!
