Strange! What rotors are you running?
Harder with every press would hint that maybe your booster is taking a while to come up to pressure....
Im on the stock rotors, non slotted or drilled.
I’m confident the brake booster is working perfectly as it was just a feeling I’ve had since the moment I changed the pads. I can tell they aren’t as aggressive at stopping as the original pads were that is all.
ive driven my friends LC70 and can tell you it is still infinitely better stopper than his.
Have you tried bleeding the brake line?

Some people just jack prices up too much.
But the great internet shop doesn’t need to pay rent, signage etc so should be cheaper..
