Unsprung weight has a theoretical and actual impact for the effectiveness of the suspension. Moving greater weight up and down changes the acceleration of the wheel to impact or loss of traction. Suffice to say the changes will shift the optimum or tuned suspension point somewhere else. All things are a compromise somewhat and any change whether it be a heavier tyre or a lighter tyre, rim etc. will change it ever so slightly. Trial and error will dictate the actual impact as I’m not capable of the maths involved Compomotive Rims

    I agree,

Just saying .... the silent voice in the forest ... maybe your Discovery's TR and suspension ....etc, etc ... is calibrated to the specifics they were sold with. Which doesn't mean you can't change anything but if you deviate from spec there may be an affect. I doubt the basic physics calculations of where the extra weight is in relation to something else is sufficient. The car has been calibrated to receive certain inputs at certain times ...modifying that outcome may not be as basic as a heavier wheel affecting acceleration or fuel economy...

Do they come in white? or another colour, I'm unsure how the black wheels will look on your very pretty (ok ok "pristine") looking white D4
Personally I'd rather black or maybe a dark grey than white rims. I think they'd look insipid just like white bull bars do on a white vehicle but that's just my taste, others will disagree.
I may check them out at some stage (Tuffant that is) but for now I'm trying to make my tiny mind up as to what 19" tyres to get..... life's tough these days.

I thought I had read somewhere that a grey edition was planned in the future? Might have been on the Verandah section post.
