    thanks again for your help deciding on this bracket! Sorry I thought I saw same bracket on the Stedi website?
    Haven't had a chance to drive anywhere at night yet so will report back on the vibrations. Yes they're Kings 9" Dominator LED.

    You did. Stedi now make one that’s nearly identical.

    Certainly like the look of them. Obviously a little bit noisier on the freeway than the Hankook HP2 but nothing major.

    Bloody hell this is a tight fit, but it’s in and just a few wires to go and it will be back up and running.


    I did go a bit overkill on the wiring.

    16mm2 feeds the Fyrlyts
    35mm2 feeds the bus bar and all the breakers

    What happened to your D3/D4 today?

    Whilst I had the phone out, spent a small fortune on some Aeroflow fittings and hose, an Aeroflow oil cooler and mounting brackets.

    Then followed up on my Allisport Intercooler order - it’s being made soon.

    Call from the powder coater says the Bar has been done, it’s no longer Black and faded - now colour matched and like new.


    I’m tempted to fit a new winch whilst I reassemble and move the old faithful Premier Winch to the D2 Ute project.

    I’ve also ordered a small Victron solar panel - only 45w - and having a black alloy plate made to mount it in the front section of the Prospeed rack. By my calculations it will be more than enough to keep the vehicle happy as most of the solar comes from the camper.

    This one will just keep the vehicle topped up.

    Timber box with teflon slides for the drawers to save weight.
    Waiting on deliveries to finish the project including battery, DCDC charger, accessories panel & air compressor.
