Click, click, click sound at idle got to me this afternoon.
Bearing on the tensioner is about to fail. Lucky I kept the old one so I'll change the bearing and change it out tomorrow. It was supposed to be OEM when I ordered it. But it was in a Brit part box. No wonder people bag them. It's probably only 30,000ks old.

Not today but yesterday when daughter was driving us home up the freeway in pouring rain and the passenger side wiper gave up the ghost and stopped. I think it was sheer luck it didn't fall right off the car. When we got home I checked and the nut had come off the spindle so I replaced it and tightened it up and tried them and they worked perfectly.
We had the windscreen replaced recently so back to them I went today and asked if they had to remove them to fit the new screen and yes they did which is what I thought. They weren't impressed at my tale and were even less impressed when I told them I was most unhappy that they'd marked the A pillar cover inside which although they'd cleaned it you could still se the scratch marks.
This was our second replacement screen in not much more than a year and both times damage has been done although different companies. Bloody morons.
Now we wait to see what they propose to do about replacing the A pillar inside cover .

Drivers side came off easily, passenger side is stuck fast. Tool arrived tonight, will be on the job list for Saturday...

The shop have me a couple of 10mm sockets free with my purchase. Great…now I’ve got 2 more to loose!

Judging by the packaging on my last postal delivery, that's probably a new washer nozzle for one of the headlights, or a wheel nut (singular).
