I don’t see the flat bed logo [emoji2369]
This one? And no, it hasn’t happened to mine.

Today was another cannonball run.
Parcel from Sydney wouldn’t get here in time for the Big bore shoot tomorrow so a run to Adelaide to TNT, side trip into Bunnings and then a stop off at Adelaide Gun Shop for some supplies and back home again.
Once again faultless, avg Speed 104km/h and avg Fuel 10.8l/100km (calibrated).
Distance covered 862km
Not bad for 3.06t
Actually weighed it the other day, fully loaded for a big trip. Tad heavier in the rear.

Made some brackets to fit my awning to the pioneer tray, yesterday I painted the new rails to match the rack.

Fitted 2 new timken front wheel bearings, and what a difference to the cheap ones.
Bulletman
Returned home from a 3,000km odyssey up the WA coast to Cape Range NP, towing a camper trailer.
Lots of landies on the road, plenty of waves, though they did thin out a bit once we left the tarmac - usual toyota brigade out there.
No bongs, errors or warnings with a single exception - low coolant. The cooling system was drained and refiilled when the intakes were replaced, so now suffers from a sunken float. Will get onto that shortly.
No idea how the fuel burn went, though it won't be pretty - trailer was heavy, headwind was strong, and time was against us (meaning no casual 80km/hr cruising here)
Oh, the carplay system I installed was faultless - well worth the frig around for anyone interested. The red LEDs I installed for reading lights (thanks Tombie) worked perfectly too - kids had ambient light in the back at night without distraction. :)
And I think I found some “warm white” ones on my shelf.
I have to power up and check - I’ll send you some if they are.
