A tub and detail after our adventures in and around the South West of WA. It still impresses me how good this 12yo vehicle looks. Oil and filter service tomorrow. I need to check on idlers and tensioners on the aux belt, I think the tensioners pulley is starting to make noise. 44 deg outside in perth today, the a/c could not keep up,will take it to a local auto ac specialist soon to get checked out, still on the original compressor....

You should get an award for the compressor lasting that long. It's going in the bin soon. Just beg then to flush it properly. The do look nice washed. I get "it's in good Nick" allot when I tell people how old it is.

I never tell then what it costs me

My friend (car nut) always jokes to me that after he dies he hopes they don’t sell off his stuff for what he told his wife he paid for it...

Right rear height sensor decided it would start playing up today. Running offroad height with the LLAMS until I can order a replacement. The sensor has a faulty signal in one part of the movement so running the increased height means there is a reduced chance of the suspension cycling through the fault

Mines original MY08 and still very cold. It’s been faultless and I’ve never touched it but today got it regassed and man said it was 200g underweight (after 14 years). Seems even colder now.

Agree, I reckon it's one of those "if it ain't broke" things. Had mine regassed and its not been the same since.

Gave the D3 a service, new oil in the TC & still to do the rear e.diff.

Had to order a new diff actuator motor as all the wiring has fallen to bits. Probably why it has been throwing up rear diff codes.

    $1468 for a new one.

That will be my Thursday after work job and will give it new oil as well.
