Also make sure that the clip locations on the 'A' Pillar have not been pulled out by the removal of the trim, because if they have been distorted out the trim will not fit tight to the windscreen. To fix using a block of wood tap the 'A' Pillar clip locations gently flat again.

Nice work and write up. A couple of questions tho:
1) where did you mount the fuse box?
2) from that I can work out, you’ve mounted a ctek charger somewhere, hooked it up to the main battery? Or have you run the charge backing from the battery to the point in the back and when charging you plug the ctek into the rear point? The dual battery monitor in the glovebox is self explanatory
3) when I went to ARB I asked them about that exact modification. I was going to modify an air suspension tank for the drivers side. They told me that the major cause of all their burnt out compressor was fitting a tank thats to large. I’m using a single air locker high output compressor (cmk12 maybe?) and they said that it was a bad idea even if I had the large dual output compressor. I decided against it. Have you had other advice?

1) where did you mount the fuse box?
The Blue Sea Safety Hub 100 is mounted in the rear right hand storage area, just above and behind the rear wheel arch. It is fed by a heavy cable soldered to the +ve Traxide feed (upstream of the ABG-25 low voltage cut-out module) from the second battery.
2) from that I can work out, you’ve mounted a ctek charger somewhere, hooked it up to the main battery?
No. The CTEK MX7 stays in the garage. The connectors allow me to hook up a supply if the car is to lie idle for a while.

That's interesting. Thanks. I'd wondered about that despite the ARB twin compressors I have being rated at 100% duty cycle. As I'd only ever be using the system on a long trip and I have the switch next to the steering wheel, I plan on running the compressor for 30 seconds at a time as I was driving along. A bigger concern is moisture being trapped in the air reservoir. I have an ARB manifold installed in an accessible spot in the above mentioned compartment. I was planning on installing a water trap/filter on the input to the manifold and ducting a two way pipe to the air reservoir.

Brake pad warning light came up..wife panicked..so checked pads and sure enuf one front was down to the last 3mm...rears near new. Sooo...needing pads in a hurry we went to Repco who said they had them...cept they didn't cause mine are "odd TRW" so they said and did not match their rego or VIN data base.
Anyhow they tracked down a correct set elsewhere using a bendix app based on a photo of an old one...cost. a lazy 220 dollars. I nearly hit the floor...but had to get them as everyone else had none and could not risk rooting the rotors.
Of course the sensor was not included so I've twisted the wires together temporarily to get rid of the warning light until I get one. Weird there's only 2 sensors for 8 pads...so why bother given they wear at different rates😞
Set that came out were unknown as we could not find any coding on them suffice to say they've worn down real fast since I checked them a couple months ago when at least 9mm or more pad material was present.
Same bendix DB2203 HD pads on Fleabay are 98 dollars free delivery from Sparesbox.
Good on you Ripco... you don't get me very often...so enjoy🙄
Going to stock up on brake pads now 😉
