These panels come with the rubber edge. Normally it would be a disadvantage, but it is quite handy for this application.

Apparently they were quite expensive two years ago when they were imported, but are being sold off quite cheaply now. The main advantage for me was the light weight and their size matching the ProSpeed panels.

EPB has started having a whinge after some bog holes in the Watagans last week. I've given the rear tyres a good blast with the gurney but I think it is time to pull out Bodsy's again for a service...
No No No - we have been over this in many times.
Leaving a door open does not stop the suspension self levelling/adjusting - urban myth.
Leaving the door open stops you moving the vehicle from say onroad to off road height etc - but not the self levelling function.
The car will still self level with a door open.

Finally got the MOAB 18" Alloys fitted with BF Goodridge 265/60 R18 AT KO2s ... but unfortunately as the photo shows, this is about as far 'off road' as they will be going during Melbourne's COVID lockdownalso have recently added the Rhino Rack - Pioneer Platform (having moved the Monkey Palace off to the POD trailer). Now I need to get a rear ladder to mount so I can get up onto the roof. Looking at the Front Runner or Prospeed... not sure about the OEM model... any suggestions, experience welcome.
Cheers

I reckon that gutter qualifies as a river crossing with a steep bank for us these days. And that grass looks low range territory to me!
Probably worth importing the ProSpeed ladder as they are light (but the box is bulky which adds to the cost). The lowest step (it sort of loops down to match the contour of the tailgate) makes accessing the roof really easy and is also a handy handle for lowering the upper tailgate. Bear in mind you'll need to upgrade your upper tailgate struts as your current ones will give up after a year or so.
Specs here Ladder Tailgate Struts - I feel a group buy coming on to get them made up or I still have one set left.
