Picked up the rhino rack from Spencer and started making new cross bars to fit the RLTP legs that I have, got 6.5m of 40x20x1.4mm alloy tube that I sleeved with 150mm of 3mm tube to strengthen where the bolts go thru.
Will probably make some spacers to mount the 3rd pair of legs which won't fit due to the rails not being flat, once the mods are done I'll paint the bars to match.
I was expecting to have to cut the rack down but at 1236x2128 it's a perfect fit.

When it needed replacing I got mine pre-cut from the USA

The pre-cut bonnet decals sold on eBay by black_decal_com are not a bad alternative. Also uses a high quality vinyl with air release. Mine was made using Hexis vinyl but the seller Martin possibly could also cut using 3M or Avery vinyl if requested. The seller is a former AULRO member and you get excellent after sales support.

My only criticism is the cut outs for the washer jets is probably 2mm wider than the actual centre distances on my bonnet. Not that you can notice unless you get up real close.

New Meyle HD lower control arms fitted plus new Meyle HD front sway bar links. The 'Old' LCAs have done 100,000km of duty, not too bad. Passenger side front bush was torn, rear hydrabush ok. Drivers side front bush was torn and rear hydra-bush also torn.

Was able to get them out without having to remove the hub, just need to angle the ball joint right and it clears the taper and the lower section of the hub. Ball joints released with just a single hammer tap on the end of the thread with the nut wound to one inside thread showing, key is to jack the wishbone to about normal height and then the taper easily releases. Install is easy, then jacked up to ride height and aligned my spray paint marks and tightened to spec, the only hard one is the rear passenger side one, the exhaust cat /resonator (or whatever that is) is in the way. It's now VFT and needs a 24mm crowfoot (or other special tool) to get to 275Nm. I will let the wheel alignment boys take care of that one.

Took about 4h all up including the links and several coffee breaks.IMG-20210926-WA0005.jpgIMG-20210926-WA0008.jpg

Good work. Looking at that you could do away with the legs all together and connect it straight to the rails.

I painted my rack and mods when I did mine. I'll find the can tomorrow and take photos of the match if you like..I think it was kill rust satin Black. I need to check. I used the same colour on my tuffants after a prep job

I like it the height it is so I can clean the glass roof and hopefully still open the sunroof - yet to check that.
I have some satin black wheel paint I will use on it.

Yeah that's perfect then, no sunroof here, cleaning the roof is a pain for me.
