Have a bopeep at LR Times video clip on doing this task, seems he has handled it well.

His priming method I followed chews up an hour so no commercial operator can afford to do that and they don’t get many failures. When he does it again on his buddies 3.0 he does a more streamlined version and using the magnet tool to lift the non return valve is a top tip.

Weekend involved a run to Yunta for a Christmas Target Shoot.

Van on back and a relaxing run via Horrocks Pass, Wilmington, Peterborough, Orroroo etc.

Returned back Sunday, cool and relaxed on a 39° day.
D4 didn’t miss a beat as it rolls towards 190,000km

New suspension has returned the smooth ride it had when new.

However I'm not happy for a number of reasons. Mainly the large (3cm) gap from the top of the bar to the grill and headlights i.e. the bar is sitting too far forward in my view. Before paying I sent it back to ARB and got the reply "that was the best we can do" and "on these the chassis and the body are seperate". (Treating the customer as an idiot = normal MO).

I'd like to compare notes with anyone who has an ARB Summit bar fitted to their post-update D4.
Just a quick followup to this. If you are planning to have an ARB bar fitted by ARB, don't. PM me for details.

Yep - mine was fitted by ARB just around the corner from Barbagallo's in Perth where I bought the car - very happy with the installation.
    Cheers .........

Just had mine installed by ARB Thornleigh, I’m very pleased with the quality of the bar and their workmanship.
