No - my vehicle hasn't materialised yet, but I hope it does work as I'll be doing my own servicing when not in warranty.

    I think you'll be disappointed.
Resets require the AutoLogic / LR computer.
    Just pressing buttons does nothing.
Search Disco3.co.uk to read many threads on the subject.
The counter is not a continual display/flashing light ....... forget it

Just rang Austral Land Rover, got a quote of $740 for a 24/month service. I almost fell of my chair, anyone else done a 24/month service elsewhere that's cheaper?, dealer/non-dealer?. What choice are there other than dealer places?

    Thanks

    Neil,
The manual reset does work, But only on 07my onwards, and then again not all of them work. It is a hit & miss situation.
    Some do & some dont..

Hi, Just had my 36000 service done (at 39739kms) at a cost of $296 - this is just basically an oil change & checking .
They did say the brake pads need doing soon (front 4mm & rear 3mm) - quoted $138 front pads & $115 for rear + quotes for sensors of $42 + $29 .
So now I am just trying to decide if I can buy them myself for a better price & have a go at fitting myself or just go back & roll over & say you win , get it done !
Unlike lots of you in cities where you have multiple dealers , in the country you are stuck with what is at hand. By the sounds of it though the dealer here isn't too bad with prices (just a pity about their attitude & friendlyness) .

You don't need sensors if they've not been activated.
Do it before the brake pad change light activates.
Don't get the discs cut either . Not necessary and another
    money spinner.

That's a great price. I had mine done last year. No sensors. LR wanted $1000, I got another price and LR matched it costing me $428.
