    thermatic fan off

    EGR throttle inlet removed

    There's the belt

The two idler pulleys, note the rubber crumbs, I assume they came from the belt but no obvious signs where

    The tensioner pulley

    Close up of tensioner

    LH camshaft sprocket

    Thanks Richard

I notice the only two belt aligners (is there a proper tech name?)are on the crank and RHS cam pulley,,,

all idler and tensioners must have been OK,?,?

    take note of their numbers?

Thats right Pedro, those are the only two aligners, I replaced the tensioner and both idlers, the tensioner comes as part of a kit together with a new bolt

Did you consider doing the water pump while there? I have done two quad cam engines in the past and considering the water pump usually becomes very accessible while doing the belt I always thought it was a good idea.
