Re sleeping on the floor, it's good if the head is higher, it reduces snoring. You can get special triangular pillows to lift the heads of snorers.

Unlikely looking at the pics - doesn’t seem to be any handle for that anywhere and how would it work with the rear mounted tyre shown in the last pic? A one piece door seems more likely.

This guy is a photographer that does work for JLR and others and works very very hard, taking pictures all over the world, infact most official pics of the defender come from him from what i have seen from his comments online on his page.
