What stands out here to me is its extremely wide stance of the wheels in standard form, similar to the bowler bulldog defender (which don't forget Land Rover work with bowler for much of their powertrain in partnership)

Should look mean both offroad in high mode and onroad in low mode.

An acquaintance, Alex Cole recently won the Moroccan Rally in a Bowler Bulldog. It runs 400bhp Supercharged petrol V6 and mostly standard Sport/D5 suspension amongst a lot of other LR bits. Notice the Bowler/Compomotive wheels. He is Bowler's chief test driver and a good bloke.

Probably come with a woefully small and inadequate fuel tank like they always have. 50 litres will get you to the next servo in England, Europe and 99% of the US or A.

Correct, one of the biggest complaints of the D3/4 range, and a real PITA,particularly if towing.

Hopefully they have at last listened and have a fuel tank similar size to other vehicles in the same class.

Or the space could be used for bigger batteries.

I just noticed in the uphill shot that the arches are pumped out or flares fitted, the camo does hide that well.

One article I read (can’t remember exactly which one, there are so many) quotes the vehicles as “prototypes”. While I agree that they are probably close to production vehicles, I will wait until I see a production vehicles. Can’t wait. Won’t be retro...
