“The faith in JLR is strong in you”
Moab is a test of approach and departure and TR or difflocks...
certainly not traction or tyre toughness.
The very fact they have different calipers will once again dictate where sizing as it has on previous products. Bigger performance = bigger calipers = bigger wheels.
Of course it’s possible that eventually some aftermarket options will become available but I’m just looking at what JLR have done in the past and how it looks from spy shots... big calipers = 20s
And of course for the 99.7% of buyers who will barely leave the blacktop that is going to be just fine.

Yes I am concerned also from these latest photos. The only saving grace to the 20's is that the OD appears better than stock D5 strips if licorice. But still for my use I would be happier with 18's. I had a few mates on 19's do the Cape with me but they could not air down much. They had good quality AT's so no blowouts.
There would be no need to put the big brakes on the 2.0 diesel say compared to the stonking 6 cyl petrol, but LR often do some things which don't make sense to people who off-road a lot so who knows.
For my money it's a wait and see (and hope because I want to stick with LR if I can).
As noted above we know very little for sure. The thread is good fun and gets the fun glands going but really when it's aml said and done we have nothing final nor official nor set in stone.
Cheers
Few more details added and showing the white roof, just having fun, we going to try few different colours next.
Anyone is welcome to modify or use as they wish.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f7b7800fa7.jpg
Mate that looks horrible (Opinion - and I say that about the picture not your efforts which i applaud ). Cheers
Agree photoshop work is great, Vehicle looks horrid, there will never be one in my driveway ,
It will me a maintenance nightmare & no doubt , going by the stubby nose will be a 'body off' job for any mechanical work.
The latte sippers are welcome to it ! .
Precedent set by Iveco , Their Daily 4x4 comes with two wheel / tyre options , a 17.5 x 6 truck tyre , a size with no off road pattern or a 255/100R16 which can only be obtained (for a left nut) on special order from Michelin Australia. This is why most owners fit 17" rims & run 37's .
According to MT 265/65x17 is the most common size, easiest to locate in remote locations and cheapest.
