Edit: with the exception of some commercial vehicles and utes, what cars in the last 20 years have had 3 front seats? The only two that I know of are the Edix and the Fiat Multipla. The Nissan Cube had a front bench seat but I'm pretty sure it was a two-seater only.
Good to see JLR being innovative
The old Kingwood with front bench seat was the go - heaps of room. 👍
Yeh it was a cracker, and very usefull, umm,at the drive in[thumbsupbig]
The springs did sag eventually, and it got harder to see over the bonnet.[biggrin]
The daily driver van i have is the old model(5 yrs old) with a middle seat in the front.
Folded down it has a very handy set up with cup holders,a large tray, and a fold out section at the front that one can sit an iPad on.
I had a Rambler front bench seat in my HQ. Very flash.
