Same colour that's for sure, what are your thoughts on the new autocar render which looks body wise to be largely correct? For me body wise the side vent is too big and towbar is also yuk, roof too sharp(think it will be more smooth version of the retro shape) but very good effort by autocar bodywise.

I think its designed to tie in the alpine window to the bodywork and rear flare and give a look of strength to the rear, its also not joined at a,b and c to "float" the roof, Maybe GB could photoshop it to have normal c pillar.
I think it also differentiates from the crowd as all 4x4s kinda look similar from side these days.
If you look at the D5, its similar but on an angle, I much prefer the new defenders floating roof design, its also floating pillar top and bottom where D5 is just top.
Im a floating roof fan being a RRC owner.
As you say who knows, could be another function to it, but at this stage I think its just a unique C pillar.
LR will for sure have a few tricks up their sleeve come reveal, will be interesting to see what they are for sure.![]()
New walkaround and info vid, in italian, not sure if anyone can add english captions. But some good closeups.

Just thinking about some of the dimensions... Those leaked slides did not have L462 (D5) comparison dimensions quite correct... in the slides they have length 4956, width 2000, but the D5 brochures have length 4970 and width 2073 (mirrors folded, or 2220 mirrors out ) . So looks like they were taking poetic licence.
In the slides, they have the 110 length at 4758 and width 1999. The 110 image shows a rear mounted spare, if this is included in the length figure , then you would have to take about 10 inches off the quoted length to get the body length (or maybe a bit less off to get to bumper length) which would make it quite short, maybe around 4550.
The 130 image shows no rear mounted spare, so presumably mounted underneath or under floor. As others have noticed, the 110 and 130 show same wheelbase, which does not make a lot of sense.
So I am thinking that the numbers were just made up without actually measuring the car.
Also in one slide (Timeline & Key Dimensions) the 130 shows as being available in '21, in another slide (Product offering) '22.
I think it was all a deliberate leak containing some 'factoids' and a bunch of mis-information.What do others think?
Cheers,
Sean

Surely that C pillar thing is camo?
The more i see about this thing , the less I like it.
At least I can remove the stupidly sized towball & put a more realistic width spare wheel on it.

Looks like a very slightly sloped version of the current 90.
I wonder how LR will deal with removing the Euro wierdo hitch a put in an Aust version...shouldn't he too hard but there isn't much space up the rear like with a body on chassis arrangement.
Cheers
