    Brisbane: 48-029

    G'Day all.
For those who are bidding on 48-029, and there is a notable absence of bidding from our friends in South West Bne

    • Actual Ks are closer to 80 000, it had a speedo cable replaced~5000km ago
    • Log books show significant 'recent' maintenance, prior to pre-sale storage
    • Clearly a very early supply notable in its external catches for the CES bins, pre- 'T'pin latching
    • Canvas has rare 'Stellar view' interior. aka lotsa little holes that make constellations when fiewed from inside. Needs new canvas.
    • Definately NOT part of the 'Tenix' rebuild program.

I hope he finds a caring home, there seems to be a lot of interest from small towns, so Good luck AULRO/REMLR ; ))

A couple of the 6x6s are a very good buy. I strongly suggest you call me if you are considering one.
I had a fair look at most of the vehicles there, excl. the BIG trucks, so PM if you have any Q's but didn't get to inspect.
    Cheers, BDave.

I'll wait this one out... maybe learn to weld first.

Interesting, 3 hours to go and the prices seem more reasonable than last time.

Might go mad right at the end.

I missed the end of the auction, did anybody get a list of the final prices?

I'm mostly interested in the average 4x4 & 6x6 price for Brisbane this time round.

The 6x6 I was interested in was over $20k so that's over $24k out the door.

But the Ambos went cheaper than the cargo and personel carriers! Didn't see that coming.
I guess the majority of sixbys are going as farm hacks.

    Ambo lot 010 $17,909
    Cargo lot 012 $24,609

You are best off calling Graysonline/Australian Frontline Machinery to find out the next auction date, they usually don't list future auction dates till they know what is going to be auctioned though.
