Yeah I know, I was thinking I could get a few trailers but the fuel and travel would not be worth it and what would I do with 2 trailers
Hey Smirfy that lot were in NT, probably why prices were down, the 6by is going to WA judging by the top bidder.

Mate of mine is happy with one of the number 5 trailers.
Just missed one of the Mogs. Maybe next time.
Weellll, Minto has another RFSV and now an SRV (damaged though)!
Will be interesting to see if a bidding war starts for the 'Commando' vehicle (mainly Adgies and Recon).
Brisbane doesn't havve much to offer other than a few double up photos of IIMVs (same photos for different vehicles).
Cheers, BDave.

Gone:RFSV, 51-699, Carryall 48-358.
hmm, interesting.
I now change my call on the ID of that vehicle spotted on the highway up north.
I now call SRV.
Additional hoop in the ROPS, clear view behind the driver would would mean removed or laid down seats as the spares are on the LR of the tub and cam pole / bush crap baskets on the side are standard.
What an SRV is doing up there is the question?!
On ex?

Will be interesting price-wise with all the 4x4 and 6x6 available in Brisbane, Townsville and Minto all at the same time.
i popped down to mainly have a look at the incompleted ones, these two are ex-timor........
they were more disassembled than i thought they were going to be although it appears all the bits are sitting in the cargo area. this disappointing thing is they didn't refit the air cleaners, one fuel tank cap was not screwed on.
i had a quick look over the other, started three of them, they were in pretty good nick really esp. the chassis
there were a few keen guys armed with torches going over them with a fine tooth comb
had a quick look at the 6x6's as i spent a lot of time driving them.....two of these are ex-timor as well from memory but they haven't stated this on the website
anyway i will watch two vehicles on the auction page
the trailer surprisingly had matching off set on the wheels.....maybe the ADF has sorted this out now
Going down for a lookie tomorrow AM with another member, and had a squiz at the website tonight, some of those 6x6's are kinda cheap on the site! but I know what the one's at Cousin's are priced at !!!
cheers
Well I went down this morning, and we had a good look around, and there are a couple he will be watching with interest, and checked out a couple of the disassembled ones,cleaners/AQIS had done a good job on one's wiring harness, lot of hours re-wrapping that one,all in all most were OK canopies varied from good to 18 months if luckythe 6x6's were interesting particularly the ones with weapon mount ring, I will keep my eye out for when the Blood Boxes come up,about 8 of them I think, nice mobile campers,bed-s
looks like A/C and wind up windows.
watching a couple of No 5's,can't afford a Cooks
Gent with O/seas accent interested in Qty buy.
