That's a very reasonable price considering the R&D involved.
C'mon lads, don't hold back!

Hi
Group buy might help with shipping
I am in for one !

Not for this little black duck. I put a snorkel on my classic and later regretted it and what it did to the look of the car.

I hear you there but my concern is getting in a situation where I am half way up the cape and my motor gets drowned !
So I will need to sacrifice some esthetics for functionality

Same here. Although I'm not sure the group buy will save much if we factor in local shipping... Or will it? Can shipping be arranged to go via say DHL, and then they split the order from a Sydney depot?
Now it doesn't appear that the bonnet cut will be classed as structural and not fussed myself on a safety perspective... But anyone else have their thoughts on the legalities? I vote, it should be ok after a quick 1 minute under bonnet look this morning. Perhaps not if it was in front of the brackets looking at the bonnet design.
Not trying to put a negative vibe on the design, but we need to be certain that cut isn't classed as an "illegal" modification.
DHL won't split a package, it has to be collected intact, by the addressee. Get them shipped as commercial samples, for testing. $0- for customs. Should get through ok.
